Is MSc Electronics considered equivalent to BE or B.Tech?

Better try private jobs or UPSC ... pure government job is better... all PSU doing poor financial status due to the poor administrations from govt side. so try private or pure goverment. PSU born to die... never search a PSU jobs. at 2050 no PSU's will be alive in India.
