You can do summer training of 4 to 6 weeks in following companies: -

1. SAIL
2. HAL
3. NTPC
4. BHEL
5. State Electricity Board
6. Tata Steel & Power Limited
7. Jindal Steel & Power Limited
8. PGCIL
9. BALCO
10. NSPCL etc.

But for summer training only final year students of B.E. or B.Tech. are eligible.

For summer training, you may contact to the training & placement officer of your college and through your college you may contact to the personal department of above any organisation.

Above organisation helps & guide you regarding training, training schedule, training duration, training fee etc.

these are the basic MNC which provide the offer to
do your trianing
but the selection criteria is depent on your performance and the interview ..

for doing the summer training you have to give the application to that particular company in which you want to do the training along with the no objection certificate from the college in which you study
it will be good enough if you have some one you know in that company then you can definitely get the training
you can get the summer training in the companies like that of the sail , tata steel , bsnl , ibm , tcs , wipro and many more...

there are many companies which can offer you the same.
as far as time duration is concerned you can talk to them about time availability with you for summer internship
company are bit hesitant while giving project or summer internship for 4 weeks as in this small time you can add any value to you nor to the company.
A period of 6-8 weeks are desirable.

Since you are from CS background,
you can apply for all the IT company such as

Wipro

Capgemeni
Accenture
Tech Mahindra
LnT infortech
Wipro
Reliance Infotech etc
