I HAVE DONE GRADUATION IN CIVIL FEOM MS UNIVERSITY LAST YEAR I HAVE COMPLETED MY DEGREE IS IT APPLICABLE FOR GOVERNMENT JOBS

i have passed M.sc (maths) through DDCC in Manomaniam Sundarnar University of 2013.But i could not get my original marksheet and certificate.Please help me how i get these.
