Hopefully next year in 2015 , I want to take admission in a Delhi Region CBSE Board School and want to study in School %u2026 English , Physics , Chemistry , Mathematics & Computer science as a regular subject also I want to pass my 12th examination with Economics as a optional Subject / As a Extra paper .Can CBSE Board will allow me to do the same .

sir i had failed in my 12th board cbsc is there any to say we can change maths to hindi and write exam only for hindi and not maths next year???? is there any way regarding maths is a tough subject for me????? please help

I had opted mathematics in 11 class as my optional subject .But in the month of july i requested to my principal sir to change my optional subject from maths to hindi. He clearly said no . After this when iam not able to concentrate on my further studies.in the month of september1 i go directly to new delhi head office of CBSE and they suggested me to sent the application from my school.
Now the region say it will be change in some days but the possibility is ver low.
Now what can i do?

My son's problem is a little complicated. Due to some health reasons he went to Andhra Pradesh and joined CBSE 11th std with PCB and Physical Education. He is now in 12th std but wants to come back to Karnataka to do his 12th std. Is this possible. Kindly advise soon. Because if he does not get admission to 12th std, he has only two options a) to continue his 12th in Andhra or b) seek admission to 11th in Bangalore. I and my family are very anxious about our son's future.

You have mentioned that you have completed 11th class completely with PCB stream. So , it is impossible to change the subject combination in class 12. I am sorry to say this.

If you would not have passed half of your 11th class academics, it is possible to change the subjects combinations in 12th class.

The only option left is to get readmission in 11 class with PCM stream.

It is a very tough situation as 11th class is very basis for 12th class all subjects of 11th decides what yo are going to have in 12th but instead a chance can be there if you are able to show your problem in front of your school premises they can do something for this but it is somewhat hard situation to change.

Sorry to inform you that , you cannot change your subjects after passing 11th in CBSE as the registration for 12th board examination with CBSE is done in the 11th only so you can not change your subjects in your 12th once you are registered with CBSE in class 11th .

But you can add an optional subject to your selected subjects in 11th class as the final registration is done in the month of September in your 12th board appearing year .

So if you are interested to have an additional subject in your 12th board examination hurry up and contact to your school management to do so .

Sir,May i know how much time does it takes to change subject from Hindi(optional subject) to IP ?
As i have changed my school after 11th.As my new school has already sent a letter to cbse(Chennai region).

No, according to rule you can't change your stream in 12th after passing 11th with commerce to Arts in 12th standard. You have to continue with same stream in 12th standard also. Your benefit lies in it only. So continue with same stream commerce in 12th .

There is no such possibility to change the subjects in 12th .
If you wanted to change it again you have to do 11th with the subject you preferred.
