Re: ::Suggestions Thread::
Important Members are having problem with this tick mark, which is not visible as complained by few members. But even tough that tick is not visible this one (You have posted in this thread) or this (Hot and replied thread) is visible. So generally many one is not familier with this one as they haven't noticed. So, if you want to find out to which thread you had replied, first look for mark after thread heading, or this before start of heading. |

Re: ::Suggestions Thread::
HI,
This is Manisha, i am a beginner to the forum, having joined today only (25.03.2011). I ve somewhat got acquainted with the forum and posting questions and answers. Your post regarding creating good answers gives a good insight to the members, but is it only the top people who post regularly, or senior members getting the "TOP ANSWERER" tag at the end of the day. You should focus more on how the answers are helping the concerned who have questions to ask in the forum, they post questions with lot of expectation. So the mode or the basis with which you evaluate should be encouraging, rather vice versa. I don know much about the forum and the moderator activities here, yet i think i can also add up some suggestions. Also this forum is one of its kind... Thanks a lot for the Opportunities (Forum Admin) |

Re: ::Suggestions Thread::
Sir i need to say that there must be some mean so that users can choose the best answer themselves so that the person who is chosen as best answerer will be one by all users not the admin or any senior members, for example for each answer there must be button "chose as best answer" and the person who is chosen as best answerer for that question maximum no of times can be given some reward like 200 points at once,and who is chosen as second best answerer by users can be given 100 points at once,and the person who asks the question if he choses some person as best answerer then he must be given30 marks because he/she knows his/her problem in a more better way then others.
There must be direct links for BEST answers and Second Best answers so that users need not to read all posts if best answers can work for them for older posts. Disadvantage : Friend users can chose each other questions as best answers(specially seniors for getting money benefits depriving users to get there answers in more beneficial way), so some mean to track this also and warning persons if using it in that way.It can be done providing something like "bad answer" or dislike button with each answer and deducting points the same way. @admin hope You,ll take this suggestion so that junior members also who want to perform can excel in this forum. @admin: no hard feelings against senior members just giving my point of view so that it can become a more good forum helping users in solving there career related problems. Thank You |

I strongly feel that this give a very good platform to those who have knowledge about their field and help others with their queries.This would help them to share it with those who are in need of it.

Suggestion:
1) As it is used by everyone, so provide simplicity of use. As a basic eg. , Instead of using "New Thread", use "New Question" etc. 2) Provide categories to help newbies finding their respective querry. For e.g. , categories such as Colleges, Exams, etc. and their sub-categories. Feedback: It is an awesome approach, and a great social-move for the people to help on their hands. |

me AdityA member of the forum since december 2010... writing you for the second time... this time i came up with a suggestion for our group... As far as I see...mainly all the visitors are sticked with certain type questions like ->just doubts like "what is procedure for this and that","how to fill so and so form" and so on ->some visitors pose questions like "what is our opinion whether IAS/M.tech after B.tech","what to do after 10th or 12th "and so on so my proposal is "In the general discussion folder only we can add some sub folders" like ->Information related questions ->Counselling related questions so that will be easy to members and the top answerers of the forum and also it will create interest in the new persons who are unregistered This point raised in my mind mainly because I like to counsel the persons who are in need of that .. it will be easy for me to identify the questions related to that if you implement my idea.. waiting for your response.. I have posted it in your vistor message also so that you should read it anyway.. sorry if i did copy paste work don't mind in this case.. regards ~aditya~ |

THANKS TO ALL MODERATORS AND WORKING MEMBERS
first of all i would like to say thanks to all the moderators and all of the working members of this much popular forum which is doing a very excellent and appreciatable job and is also gaining so much popularity these days due to only its hard work and nice job Sir as I am very new to this forum so it will not be as good to suggest something but as we are expected to do that so here are some of them CATEGORISED QUESTIONS Questions must be more categorised according to the interested fields as this will help the members to answer the questions regarding their interested fields. ONLINE MONEY TRANSFER You must implement and use the online money transfer such as bank transfer etc. rather than offline mode, it will help you more as you will not have to pay much charges for courier etc. All other suggestions being given by other members are also very good and effective and as you will implement them you will get benefited from them. At last i will like say my very grateful thanks with due respects to the moderators Mr. Manish and Mr. Shrawan and to the admin sir also for doing this great job. |

The eligibility criteria for engineering freshers is generally 65% in their qualifying degree exam i.e. BTech/BE. As you got 65% above in your qualifying exam, do not worry and apply for as much software company as you can to get into it. But, MNCs not only consider BTech / BE marks, they also give equal importance to percentage of marks obtained in 10th & 10+2 exam. Many MNCs puts eligibility criteria as 60% through out the candidate’s educational life. Since you have scored less than 60% in your 10th and 12th class you may not be eligible for recruitment in almost all the MNCs. After B.E. you can still go for M.E... All the best in your career!! |

When i joined in the forum as a junior member then the candidate with 2000 points used to hold the top position but now it's doubtful to stay in top position even if your around 5000 points.That show's the forum's progress.
The number of winners were increased from 20 to 30 and along with consolation prizes if finished in the top 30 next time.Sir,i hope you increase the number of scholarship winner's soon due to hefty competition.I hope you decrease the number of consolation prizes and increase the number of winner's. |

Re: ::Suggestions Thread::
This forum is very much helpful for the students who are really confused about their career. As the concept of scholarship has been introduced in this forum many of experienced persons will try to help the students out of their confusion. Scholarship is a means of encouraging the experts and experienced persons to help the needy one's.
As the competition is increasing day by day students are getting more confused about what to do and what to choose. This is a great step taken by this forum to encourage the people's to answer the queries of students. |

Providing information to students is a very fascinating work but there is need to have greater knowledge of all aspects of branches.. The main priorty in this work is not to copy from others but there is sometime that answers are same as other answers.. Good luck |

Re: ::Suggestions Thread::
Some percentage of details we'll get from winners will bound to have Erroneous Bank Account Numbers and IFSC codes, and now since we have so many(60) winners per month(30+30), the invalid transaction will build up quickly over time and it'll become a mess ultimately. We are testing EFT with TAFP members anyway, we'll see what we can do.
