may I got job in mech core company if,my 10 2 is 58% & b.tech is 65%

i'm securing 53% in 10th. 63% 12th and 65% b.tech can i get job tata , i'm complet b.tech (electronics instrumentation & control ).

Dear friend don't worry because so much company want current score and you score in very good in your B.TECH.if you have knowledge then any person can't stop to you that's don't take so much tension and apply for masss recruitment because if any company came for mass recruitment then he can take surely to you if you cross the interview good.there is so much company which is not seen back record.

can i get govt. Reputed job,upto 50-60 thousand per month i got 55 percent in 10th and 51 percent in 12th.

Dear Aspirant,

You have a good percentile in the BTech but you are not having a consistent percentile in your academics.

This will be a problem for attending the interview in the MNC's.

But now a days the level 2-4 companies are asking for a consistency of academic profile.

So i guess you are having a less chance of getting the jobs in the IT industry.

Only few companies ask the Btech aggregate and skip the tenth and the 12th.So look for that type of companies if you are interested in the IT and Core companies.

Also look for the job options like:

Govt Jobs

Defence Jobs

Railway Jobs

Private Jobs

BPO Jobs

Online Jobs

Lic Jobs


If you want to do this type of jobs you can do with out any problem with your percentage criteria except in few jobs which ask for percentage more than 60%.

So even this you need to choose properly before applying for the jobs.Good luck my friend.

Do not discourage people.
I have 57% in my btech EEE and currently working as software developer in one of the top MNCs in India.

My suggestion is start with a small organization... and after getting experience you can move on to big ones. For joining TCS, if you have 3 yrs experience 55-60%, you are eligible. It depends on the job position. SO don't worry. Just work hard like never before. Plan correctly this time. Use the help of internet.

you can get job in both in core and software ,but on campus it is not possible ,you should try off campus
to get a job in core you should clear GATE ,if you clear GATE
you are eligible for jobs in PSU'S
if you want go in soft ware ,YOU should complete some short term courses like c,c++,java from recognized institute ,don't worry

Your marks are in improving order which is a symbol for sincere student on studies.....You will definitely get a good job....Don't worry about the companies (Cost To Companies) CTC offering you.... it will increase gradually.....

Hey guys! well, I am also facing the same eligibility problem right now. I have scored 80.5% in my 10th, 48.5% in my 2nd puc and currently in 7sem, with a CGPA of 6.3. Campus placements are going on currently in my college and as a result of my poor 2nd puc marks i am not able to sit for most of the companies. mass recruitment companies have an eligibility criteria that satisfies both my 10th and BE(currently with no active backlogs) but not my 2nd pu marks.I did very poorly in 2nd pu due to various health and personal reasons. I just wanted to ask u guys whether i can convince the HR as to what was the reason for my 2nd pu debacle incase if i clear the initial tests. As your marks are poor, on campus placements are not possible in reputed companies...
but there are many oppurtunities for you in off campus placements.
