dear there are lots of way you have after your b.tech but first of all you should try for your campus placement if your college is providing otherwise try for off campus placement in your comapnies like
tcs,wipro,infosys,accenture,syntel.ibm,birlasoft, and many more

and then give preference to the m.tech through GATE
and dont worry as the time come you will already come to know what to do after b.tech

After B.Tech there are several options with you like M.Tech,MBA,IAS,etc

If you are interested in consolidating your branch or if you want to continue in Computer Science and want to increase your knowledge in it then you should go for M.Tech

For getting into a good M.Tech college,you need to appear for GATE(Graduate Aptitude in Engineering)

By scoring a very good rank in GATE you can get admission into the top colleges like IITs,NITs,BITS,IISc and many more top colleges give admission on the basis of GATE score..


If you want to go in for Management then you should do MBA (Master of Business Administration) after your B.Tech..

For getting admission into the top MBA colleges of India..you need to clear any of the following exams with a good percentile

FMS
Symbiosis

These are the exams which will enable you to enter some of the top most MBA colleges of India..


If you want to get into the elite government jobs..then you can start preparing for Civil Service Exams

Through Civil Service Exams..you can get into IAS,IPS,IFS,etc

The minimum criteria for appearing in Civil Service Exams is

1) You should be a graduate from a recognized college..

2) you should be within the age limit of 21-30 years for graduate,less than 33 years for OBC and less than 35 years for SC/ST

the maximum number of attempts for general is 4,for OBC is 7 and no limit for SC/ST

There will be 2 rounds :-

1) Prelims :- This has 2 exams which will test your aptitude,general knowledge and current affairs

2) Mains :- if you clear the prelims..you shall qualify for the Mains which will test your knowledge of your graduation subjects..

if you clear both these exams then you will be called up for interview..

There are lots and lots of opportunity for you.After completing B.Tech you can apply for the M.Tech also if you want to go for higher studies.

After completion B.Tech you can look for the jobs in the IT companies like Infosys,TCS,HCL etc.

Further you could apply for Bank po's(probationary officers)

You could opt to do mba which is highlly demanding right now.
For that you need to appear for the exams like CAT,MAT,XAT etc

I am final year b.tech student with cse stream having 60 -65% in b.tech acadamics and also not good in programming....due to personnal problems i am unable to go to higher studies also....so please any one suggest me that do i get a job in IT field? what options do i have after my graduation?which is the best way in career growth? what do i refer to get job?

After doing MCA one can be called as software developer.
But,After doing B.tech one can be called as Computer Engineer.
finally software developers only concentrate developing software coding part,
but b.tech engineers concentrates with verity of platforms such as developing,
technical support , mentenance etc .
So as a MCA stud these/both are as nearly same.

well i am b-tech in from cse group... pass out 2011.
but my 10th cbse result was 43%.
and my inter th@t is 12th % was 49.7%
and b-tech % is 63%....
but now m very much serious abt ma career plz guide me and show me the best path
through which i can make a sparkling career....
should i do higher studies and try for work and study visa....or get some good technical trainning here itself....
