dear friend,

girls are not eligible for CDS exam.

candidate must be completed 10+2 with science departments

the age criteria is 16.5 to 19 years.

So if your age this is above 19 years. then you are not eligible for CDS exam now.

After completion of your graduation you are eligible for CDS exam.

Physical fitness:

height is between 157.5cms to 162.5cms .
Candidates chest must be above 81cms .

CDS - Common Defence Academy

CDS exam is conducted by UPSC every year and this exam is held 2 times in a year.

Eligibility:

The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age limits:

For Indian Military academy:

Only male unmarried candidates with 19-24 years of age are eligible.

For Naval academy:

Only male unmarried candidates with 19-22 years of age are eligible.

For Air force academy:

Only male unmarried candidates with 19-23 years of age are eligible.

For Officer's training academy:

Unmarried or married male candidates with 19-25 years of age are eligible.

Education Qualification:

For Military and Officers training academy:

A degree from a recognized university is needed.

For Indian Naval Academy:

A degree in the field of engineering is needed.

For Air force academy:

A degree from a recognized university with physics and maths at 10 and 12 level or a B.E degree is needed

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

After qualifying C.D.S exam you can join Defence services like:-
> Army
> Air Force
> Navy

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass graduation with recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

But you should have completed Graduation from Recognized University
CDS-Combined Defence Service.
This Examination is conducting by Union Public Service commission two times in a every year
This Exam conducting for to Recruit the
Indian Army
Indian Navy
Indian Air force

Age Details:
Indian Army?:19-25 years
Indian Air force:19-27 Years
Indian Navy:19-23 years

Syllabus for CDS Exam:
General Knowledge
General English
Elementary Math
