National Defence Academy (NDA) is conducted through UPSC twice in a year , There are some eligibility criteria which you have to fulfill for appearing this exam...

*The candidates should be a citizen of India.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NDA-I 2013 as per your date of birth as on 22nd December 1994.

NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status for this NDA II is which candidate Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 02nd July, 1994 and not later than 01st January, 1997 are eligible ( This was for NDA (II) 2012 )So your date of Birth is 22 dec 1994 so your not earlier than 02nd july 1994,you are age dec 22,2013 19 years completing.so you are eligible.

NDA AGE CRITERIA :-

NDA - National Defense Academy is one of the Entrances conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year in the months of April and August. So a lot of candidates take part in it to make a career in Defense. As you may know there are 3 wings of Defense :

ARMY
NAVY
AIR FORCE

Coming to the Eligibility : The applicant should be a minimum unmarried male Indian 12th pass from a recognized school.
Talking of the age, since you are born on 22nd December 1994, so your age as on 2nd January 2013 would be 18+ years. Hence you fall in the age limits.
YES YOU CAN APPLY FOR THE NDA(I) 2013 !!!

According to the NDA age limits, anybody who is between 16.5 to 19 years can apply for this exam and SO NDA 2013 would be your last NDA attempt. Make sure you do your best in it.

NDA 2013 Notification is not out yet, so you have to wait for it. The tentative dates are :

NOTIFICATION DATE : 21st Dec 2012
LAST DATE : 20th January 2013
EXAM : 07 April 2013. (Sunday)

1. Indian army
2. Indian air force

So its for those who have passion for their country and who are physically fit.

Eligibility to write this exam is:

Dear friend hi...the age limit for NDA examination is 16.5 years to 19 years at the time of notification of the examination. There is no age relaxation to apply for NDA examination.

The educational requirements for appear in this examination is a 12th degree from the recognized board.
Through this NDA examination, one can apply for the INDIAN AIR FORCE, INDIAN NAVAL ACADEMY (NA) & INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY (IMA).

If you are an IAF/NA aspirant , so you must have PHYSICS & MATHEMATICS in 12th, also with at least 60%(aggregate).Otherwise you can only apply for the IMA.

The age limit for this examination for this examination is a 16.5-19 years... There is not any kind of age relaxation criteria is applicable for any reserved category.

No your Not applicable for NDA Entrance Examination at the age of 19 years ..

Because as per the NDA Examination rule .. Only the candidate who having below 19 years are eligible for NDA Entrance Examination ..
