hello Friends

Yeah sure you are eligble For C.A. First you can Doing
CPT » Common Proficiency Test
This is the entry level i.e. Lowest/First level at which a student can start pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (professional accounting) course.

• CA_CPT — 2 months [6 months]

The course duration is the minimum time that a student has to spend on taking up the course at this level. It is the period starting from, the time the student gets registered for the course, to the time the student completes the course.

You can appear at the first examination falling immediately after the completion of the minimum duration. The actual time that a student has to spend on the course (from registration to examination) is dependent on the actual date of registration.

Since examinations are conducted for the course only twice a year, the course duration can be assumed to be 6 months.

Yes you can register for the first phase of Chartered Accountancy, which is CPT(Common Proficiency test) conducted by ICAI, as you have graduated from Arts and not Commerce.

You need to go the nearest regional centre, and get yourself registering by submitting the form you purchase from there.

Best of luck

dear friend

yes, you can apply for ca course after graduation,

for entry in ca course institute of charted accountant of india conducts common proficiency test ,

minimum eligibility for cpt is 12th pass,

as per latest notification of icai , graduates are exempted from cpt exam and allowed to entr in ipcc but only condition is :

if student is a commerce graduate then he should must have 55% in graduation then only he will be allowed for ipcc direct entry

if student is a other than commerce graduate then he requires 60% in graduation to enter in direct entry to ipcc of ca

but if you don't have the above required marks from the criteria then you will have to continue with cpt ,

good luck
