			Am I eligible for IES exam if my aggregate is 67% with 56% in 1st semester?
			
			for eligible criteria of IES exam minimum 60% is required . If my aggregate is 67% and in my 1st semester my marks is 56% , am i eligible or not?

		Educational Qualifications : Degree in : • Electrical Engineering • Electronics & Communications Engineering • Civil Engineering • Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree from recognized universities. • M.Sc. degree or equivalent with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject is also acceptable for certain posts. • Students of final year Engineering or equivalent degree are also eligible. so there is no percentage is required only pass out of final student are enough..  |

	Bachelor’s degree of a recognised university and having age lies between 21-30 years for general (3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST in upper limit). so, you are eligible for it.  |

			It appears you know the critria well but you  
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	are unnecessariy confusing yourself. IES criteia clearly states 60% aggregatehttp://www.onestopias.com/indian-engineering-service/ ... so there should be no confusion regarding percentage marks in semeter. Your overall score need to be above 60%... which you have so you can appear for the exam.Do not worry.  |
