In order to get admission in most of the Institutes in the country, for Master of Computer Application [MCA] program, candidate must have completed the bachelors degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Candidate must have studies Computer Science or Computer Technology or Information Technology or Mathematics or Statistics or Business Mathematics at the undergraduate level. Beside this one has to appear for entrance exam.

Candidates with BCA degree are eligible for the MCA program.

Some of the well recognized Institutes which offers MCA program are:

• SRM University
• VIT University
• Jawaharlal Nehru University [JNU]
• University of Delhi
• NIT
• Banaras Hindu University.
