Yes, you can register for CA Foundation course because the eligibility required to register for CA Foundation course is to complete 10th education from any recognised board. So, you can register for CA Foundation course.

For attending the exam you need to complete your 10+2 or equivalent education from any recognised board.

Yes, you can register for CA while doing 11th class.

But, you can attend CA exam after finishing 12th class studies. You can register for the same by logging into ICAI website. As this is a Foundation Test, you need to study subject like Basic Accounting, Mercantile Laws, Economics and English and Quantitative Aptitude. It is essential to qualify CPT so as to do further two levels.
