Hello Sir, I have completed my Graduation (B.A) With the subject of Mathematics and Economics. I want to know that am I eligible for TGT maths?

No, you are not eligible for TGT Maths after completion of your Graduation in B.A course with Mathematics and Economics subjects.

To be eligible to apply for TGT Maths, you should have passed B.A and B.Ed course with minimum 50% aggregate marks during all the years of study from a Government recognised university.

You should have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects combination in your Graduation to be eligible to apply for TGT Maths.

As per the information you have provided in your query, you have passed B.A course and not pursued B.Ed course, so, without pursuing B.Ed course, you are not eligible to apply for TGT Maths.

If you have completed only your graduation , then you are not eligible to apply for TGT. You also require to complete B.Ed course to become eligible for TGT. CBSE conduct entrance exam CTET to appoint teachers for primary level as well as secondary level. State Boards also conduct their own TET to appoint teachers for their states. - Social Science : 30 Marks

TET Tentative Dates
- Registration Starts From : May/June , 2016
- Last Date of Registration : July , 2016
- TET Exam Held : September , 2016
- Result Declaration : October/November , 2016

TGT stands for trainee graduate teacher which conducted by Education service selection board .

And with graduation degree in mathematics and economic you are not eligible for TGT maths because it requires only those students who have graduation degree in science stream .

You should have passed B.ed also.

You can do tgt but with other subjects.
