Is Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad UP a government recognized university

Yes Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad is valid university but not recognized by UGC or AICTE.

If you think you are not getting any job through or saying that your university is not recognized to UGC or AICTE. Then you can put your words to Consumer forum. But you can cannot lodge an FIR against it as this is parishad which provides you the study material that is required for once's education.

For appearing in UGC NET, firstly you need to complete your post graduation. Only after that you will become eligible to appear in UGC NET Exam.
