Can I do Regular MBA course having completed B.Com course with 49% of marks?

Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBA course after bachelor degree.

MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and it is two year course. But, you are not eligible to appear for CAT to get admission in IIM.

But, after qualifying in MAT, XAT examination you are eligible to get admission in MBA course.

MBA stands fo9r Master of Business Administration.
It is a two year degree program for those who have completed their Bachelor degree in any disciple from any recognized university.
Since, you have your bachelor degree, so you can apply for MBA as admission in MBA course is irrespective of the marks obtained in bachelor degree.
