have completed my graduation in 2010 from mumbai university with 75%
from comerce. can i get addmission in IPCC without given exam of CPT
if yes pls tell me how ? i hope u'll be answerd

Hello Rameshvar,
CPT- Common Proficiency Test is mandatory to pursue chartered accountancy course. So you can not enroll for the Integrated Professional Competence Course without qualifying CPT irrespective of the face that you are a graduate and have scored 75% in the exam.

Hiiiiiiiiii, you cannot get directly to IPCC unless and until you clear the foundation course known as CPT, there was a proposal in the parliament for exemption of CPT, but the proposal is kept pending in there, so, you have to clear CPT, to take up IPCC.

Can I get admission for IPCC after completing F.Y.B.com, without entrance exam?

Hi Rameshwar..
CA course is conducted by ICAI in three stages:-
1.CPT.
2.IPCC.
3.CA-Final.
You can give CPT after your 12th Board exams.
For that,you are required to register yourself with ICAI and apply for the exam also.
The registration fee is Rs.6000.
But if you have done your Graduation,you are not required to givr CPT.You can directly register for IPCC and appear in it.
If you are from Commerce stream,you have to score 55% in your graduation.
If you are from non-commerce stream,you have to score 60% in your graduation.
Since,you satisfy all these criteria,you can register for IPCC ditectly.

Direct Entry to Chartered Accountancy Course:
Exempted Categories:
The following categories of students shall be exempted from passing the Common
Proficiency Test (CPT):-
(A) Graduates or Post Graduates in Commerce having secured in
aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent
grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University
(including Open University) by studying any three papers of 100
marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate
Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management),
Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws), Costing,
Business Administration or Management Accounting;
OR
Graduates or Post Graduates other than those falling under
Commerce stream mentioned above having secured in aggregate a
minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the
examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open
University)

Yes you can directly apply for IPCC without giving CPT exam. Its only possible after completion of graduation. The eligibility criteria is
-55% marks for commerce graduates
-60% marks for non commerce graduates
Since you have 75% marks you can skip CPT and can do IPCC.
