Can I get direct admission for my masters in top private colleges in India?


Hi,
Can I get direct admission for my masters (m.tech) 2013 in top private colleges in india like BITS, Pilani or BITS, Ranchi etc. or in govt. institutions like Punjab Engineering College, Anna University etc.
