can i get direct entry in airforce,navy,defence, on the basis of +2 %?

I don't know what i have to do after 12th for entry in Airforce , Navy

Can anyone PLEASE tell the dates for DIRECT ENTRY in the army or navy or airforce for a student appearing in his 12th board exams next year i.e 2013 and also the dates for NDA please

NDA--National defense Academy....

Naval Academy Examination---Navy....

Age 16.5---19 years...
you should be complected +2 level in recognized university...

SCRA----Special Class Railway Apprentices Exam

Age 17--19 years..
you should be complected +2 level in maths........

Yes, After completion of you are 12th standard you can eligible Navy and Defence

But, you can't eligible for Airforce

After the graduation you can eligible for airforce

NDA Stands for National defense Academy

If you crack Nda you can Eligible for both

NDA ELIGIBILTY :

You must be an Indian

you should be complected +2 level in recognized university...

Age limit is 16.5 - 19 years

And you must be physically Fit

HI!
After passing 12th with physics and maths with minimum 75% marks.
After that you have to apply for Technical Entry Schemes (T.E.S).

The age limit for T.E.S is 17-19 year.

If you are not pass 12th with physics and maths stream then you have to qualify the National Defence Academy exam.

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

There are three stage of selection:-
> Written exam
> Interview
> Medical Exam

Yes you can join surely to IAF ( Indian Air Force ) after 12th. As you are studing in B.Tech 2nd year. So I think at first complete it then join to IAF and it will be beneficial to you also. Besides this your percentage is till now is so good that you can get a good job in IAF after B.Tech.
There are generally three branches and for these three branches there are three different eligible criteria.The three department are :

1. Flying Branch,
2. Technical Branch,
3. Ground Duty Branch.

The selection procedure are consist of two types which are :

1. AFCAT(Air Force Common Admission Test) and
2. Air Force Selection Boards(AFSB) .

You can not get direct entry in Air Force, Navy defence on the basis of 12th but you can make an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA entrance exam.

NDA - National Defence Academy, the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried male having either appeared for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good physical and mental health.

As you are interested for Air Force or Navy of NDA, you should have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of studies.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

There is no chance to direct admission into AirForce/Army/Navy

If you are interested in that first you can crack the NDA Examination

NDA stands for National Defence Academy which is conducted by Union Public Service commission in yearly twice, i.e. NDA - I & NDA - II

NDA have 3 wings

Indian Air Force

Indian Army

Indian Navy

But, first you can satisfy some eligibility criteria to appear for NDA examination which required for NDA Examination I mentioned below

Eligibility Criteria for NDA Examination

>> Candidates must have a 12th standard with PCM subjects from any recognized institutions

>> Candidates age should between 16.5 years to 19 years

>> Candidates should be a citizen of India

Note : Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this examination

i am sorry there is no chance to join in army/airforce/navy through directly.

IF you want to join in any of these fields first you need to appear for the NDA exam this exam is conducted by the UPSC twice a year.Required qualification for this exam is 12th standard from a recognized university

There are possible to direct entery in air force as faitre poilet after completed mechanical engineering.
