You can't do any master degree course before completing graduation.
You are doing Civil Engineering. It is a four years graduation course.
After completing this course you can do M.tech. M.tech is a two year's master degree course. Generally all master degree courses are two years except MCA etc.
So, you can't do master degree course but you can prepare for entrance exam to get admission in best colleges which provides master degree course.
