iam copleted b tech with ECE can i take mtech spcification with machanics?

No, you can not take admission in Master of technology in mechanics specialization because you are from Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The best specialization for ECE candidates are:

1. Communication systems.

2. VLSI/ Microelectronics.

3. Digital Electronics.

4. Signals and Systems.

5. Instrumentation Systems.

You can appear for the GATE examination for admission in M.Tech.

You can do master of technology with mechanics but you must do specialization in bachelor of technology subjects. Since you have done bachelor of technology from Electronics and Communication engineering, you must select any of the given below specialization like:

* Microelectronics.

* Digital Signal Processing.

* Embedded systems.

* Signal and Systems.

* Communication systems etc.

These streams are core streams for ECE candidates.
