Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
actually it is a question of debet and it will totally depend on personal opinion.
someone think that our quality of education is very bad and our education system is corrupted very much. may be it is partially true. but there are some institution in india those are really good like IIT, NIT etc. also some institution those are really corrupted. in abroad also every institution is not good. but some institution are good enough than our educational institution. i think you will study in abroad or in india, it should depend what you want to read? and your opportunity? if you have the good talent and you can take admission in abroad in an good institution then you may take admission in abroad. but if you have not sufficient opportunity and also money then you should read in the country. best wishes. |

education in abroad also doesn't guarantee the success . there are very good institutes in india like -iit ,nit and vit . and there are some corrupted colleges also but it is not only the problem of india . in other countries also there are some good and some bad universities . so it matters in which college you are going to take admission ,it doesn't depends you are studying in india or abroad. |

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
hey hi
well i cannot say that our country provides the best education nor can i say that we have the worst system. Our system needs some improvement. there are many institutions in India which offer high quality education but the only problem what a student faces is that here in India we pay less attention to the practical aspects.so if you are keen at looking forward for some in depth studies and more of practical oriented sessions then its better to try in either few of the best institutions in India or take up your studies abroad.. gud luck |

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
India is considered to be the destination for tourism, medicine and now for higher education. there are many colleges in india which are flooded with foreign students. colleges like IIT, IIM, vellore institute etc are some examples.
so according to me, reasons that make students go abroad would be for taking up unique courses or may be they have relatives there, or they want to get settled there. migration would be another reason. Else, flair for certain foreign universities would be the other reason so if you ask me, if you are adamant in going abroad. then go for your post graduation studies. otherwise, India is no less |

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
pursuing education in abroad will always be an added advantage for you. but i prefer its better to go after the completion of graduation / btech in india.
another alternative to go abroad is by joining in the colleges which have some tie ups with some good foreign universities. |

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
HI!
It is a common misconception that the quality of education abroad is better than that in India. Indian education system is recognised globally for the talent it creates. India has some of the world's best best engineering, management & mining institutes. India is leader in IT & allied sector which is a clear indicator of the high talent of its software professionals which in turn is a representation of quality of education in india. Because of the high quality of Indian education system & the talent it creates Indians get easy job opportunities in foreign countries. |

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
This depends upon the perception of individuals. There are lots of excellent world-class educational institutes in India like the NIT’s and IIT’s and many research institutes. Every country has its share of good and bad institutions. It is always up to the students to choose the right one for them.

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
There's nothing as such, even in India you can get jobs fetching you lakhs if you take up your graduation form a good institute like IIT,NIT,IIM,VIT,AU,JNTU, and other such universities.
If your interested to go abroad then you should join a good institute rather than institutes just offering degree course. Its better that you undergo your course from India rather than undergoing the course from any institute. all the best |

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
hi,
this topic is a very chaotic one. In fact many misconceptions in this issue are there.my aspect the education that all slightly depends on the college we are studying but mainly depends on one's own interest and dedication on studies. One who studied in India is getting a very good jobs in abroad, but we can't say that India's education is very good.Even one who studied in abroad also has a great demand in India.so all this depends on one's individuality. The present days technology is almost erase the boundaries of the world.we have in our hands that any information information we want.so have trust on yourself but no the institute and else. so my sincere advice is be serious on your studies. |

Re: Is education in abroad better than education in India?
If you talk about the research work, salary, global exposure and chances of getting job in foreign, then undoubtedly education in abroad is much better.
If you talk about level of knowledge & theoretical concepts, then education in India is better. |
