Sir please tell us the exact date of commencement of nda and na (1) forms?
And from where will we get these forms???????????

NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

In order to be eligible for this exam, one must have to possess the following eligibility criteria.

-One must have completed 12th class from a recognized board with any of the stream for Army wing.
-One must have completed 12th class with Maths and Physics as the compulsory subjects in order to be eligible for Navy and Air Force wings.
-Candiates who are in the final year of 12th class are also eligible to apply for this exam.

One should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years to be eligible for this exam.

For this academic year, UPSC has completed both the NDA Exams.

Here I am providing the important dates of upcoming NDA I Exam which is going to be conducted in the next academic year.

-Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
-Last date for the submission of completed application forms : 30-01-2012
-Date of commencement of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012.

You can get the application forms for this exam from the designated post offices all over India after the announcement of notification for this exam.

NDA exam is conducted by UPSC every year twice,to take qualified students into different defense service like
>>Indian Air Force wings
>>Indian Navy wings
>>Indian Army wings

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:
For Indian Air Force/Indian Navy wings:
You should have complete 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university.
And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
For Indian Army wings:
You should have complete 12th class with any stream from a recognized university.
And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

If you fulfilled with this criteria,then you can appear for this year NDA exam.

Important dates for NDA exam:
NDA-I exam:
Issuing of application form form 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.
Exam will held on 15th April 2012.
NDA-II exam
Issuing of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012.
Exam will held on 19th August 2012.

You apply the application form either Offline or Online mode.
For Offline Mode:
You can get NDA application form in any Head Post office in your place.For NDA application form should pay Rs.30/-

For Online Mode:

Indian Army
Indian Navy

Those candidate have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam.Your 12th standard subject must be Math and Physics,Your 12 standard marks mus be above 60%,


But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable.You must have citizenship of India.


SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM

1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC.

2)Personal Interview.
