It is nice that you want to study abroad.
If you want to ms course in germany, then you have to apply GRE as well as TOEFL exam.
Gre stands for graduate record exam.
Toefl exam stands for test of english foriegn language.
This exam is conducted by to know your language.

Basically there can be series of exmas and entrance tests which you need to qualify in order to pursue MS in germany.
These tests are:
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
