Hello dear,

As your in final year of B tech you should be having your resume with the project works you have done in your Academics.

Most of the companies or Organizations finds a project in deciding whether a applicant should be given a chance in training or not.

you can apply for companies like DRDO, HAL, ISRO, Private companies etc depends on which field you belongs to.

When ever there are some Training programmes which you have to know by some how because they don't publish this anywhere just keep information time to time and send your resume or mail to them requesting for internship or training at there organization with all your detailed Info.

if they find any interesting in your resume then they call you t join and take interview with personal as well as technical questions, I f satisfied then you can join from the date they provide.
