i completed my b-tech electronics
what type of courses can i do for marine.

The eligibility criteria required to become a marine engineer are as under :-

-The candidate must have passed 12th with a minimum of 60% in PCM group i.e.,Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics .

-The candidate holding a diploma in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical with at least 55% marks from a recognized college/university can also apply for this course .

-The candidate age must be less than 25 years to join the course .

-The candidate must be physically fit for sea services under all conditions .

-The eye sight required for the candidate is 6/12 in both of the eyes .

-The candidate should not suffer from colour blindness .

-The candidate must have proficiency in English language for better communication .

One has to fulfill the eligibility criteria for marine engineering:-

- 12th pass from central or state syllabus.

-in 12th board,candidate must have physics,chemistry,maths as stream.

-must have scored 60% in each subjects.

- must have got 50% in english.

- age limit:- for men ,born on or after 1st September 1994.

For women,its 2 years of relaxation, born on or after 1st september 1992.

- must satisfy the medical and physical standards.

- both men and women must be unmarried

-must have good communication skills and writing skills in english

The candidate should have good command over the english in written as well as in verbal.
The candidate should have completed 12th from a recognized collage with PCM(Physics,Chemistry,Maths.) with minimum 60% of marks.
The candidate should be a citizen of India.
He should be physically and mentally fit.
