How can I get admission into B.E after doing diploma?

I am doing diploma. For getting admission to B.E. which marks of diploma are considered?

Diploma holders can have admission to B.E through lateral entry. Lateral entry scheme allows one to join 2nd year of engineering degree. Usually entrance exams are conducted by state technical education board for the purpose. Certain Universities like Thapar University and Pondicherry University conducts own entrance exams. Aggregate marks obtained in diploma will be considered for admission in some cases.

I have completed my diploma course in mechanical engineering,with 96.7 percentage in 2013. Now I am like to study automobile engineering in BE in part time in Anna university chennai. Am I eligible for this study? Just reply me for my question. Reply to [email protected] please reply me.
