Re: How to do CA after completing intermediate this year?
You can join CA after completing intermediate at the entrance level,i.e., CPT .
CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test . CPT is the entrance exam for admission in the CA course . This exam is conducted twice a year in the month of June and December. Institute of Cost Accountants of India offers C.A. course. C.A. stands for Chartered Accountant. There are three levels in C.A course : *Foundation course or Common Proficiency Test. *Intermediate course or IPCC, and *Final Course. Eligibility criteria to apply for CPT are as under :- -The candidate must have passed 10+2 board exam with any percentage. The candidate awaiting for 10+2 result can also apply for the CPT exam. -There is no age limit to apply for this exam. -CPT is an objective type test with negative marking system for wrong answers. Qualifying marks for CPT exam is 50%. -Syllabus for CPT exam involves of Accounting, Mercantile Laws, General Economics, and Quantitative Aptitude . |
