i want to do m tech but i am not gate qualified (2013). please suggest some good institute (preferabe govt.).

You must appear for the Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering in order to get admission in good engineering colleges. There are so many advantages of GATE exam:

* It will give you opportunity to pursue master' s degree from top institutes like IITs, NITs, government engineering colleges etc.

* If you are among toppers, you can be called for recruitment in various Public Sector Undertakings.

* You will receive stipend while pursuing master of technology.

So apply for the GATE 2016 and labour hard to crack it at any cost. Without GATE score there is universities like Jadvapur, Amity etc in which you can get admission by paying huge fees and you will also not get stipend.
