How much is the starting salary of a pharma graduate in pharma industrial job?

In the pharmaceuticals companies the starting salary is about 10000-15000 Rs per month. After it increment in salary of an employee depends on his knowledge and skills, If a person has better skills and knowledge about field work can get easily about 35000-50000 per month.

Also salary depends on the company because if you are working in a domestic or small scale industry then could goes up to 25000. if you are working in a large scale industry or a multinational company then a high salary package can get but that all base on your skills and hard work.

>> Some peoples get about 12000 per month, but within next two years they get upto minimum 35000-40000 per month. Because they have marketing skills and know that how to increase the productivity and sales of product.

>> Sometime there are many similar medicines available in market but it could be that a medicine of low quality gets more sales than better quality that’s all because of marketing and sales techniques.
