Dear friend studying 20hrs per day is also not sufficient, you have to be very much goal oriented, hardworking, preparing for IAS, you have to go through various newspaper like the hindu, times of india etc, magazines like competition success review (CSR), manorama year book, CSR year book, general knowledge books, you have to study books right from 1std to degree level, your language papers, prelims and mains subject should be covered, you have be good at essay writing
you should go through history, geography, economics of india, your home state and world, science, current affairs, you have to watch daily news channels.
