I am doing master degree in organic chemistry.
my question is- How can I prepare for NET exam(specially for paper-1)?

You need to begin with noting down all the areas that need to be covered. Plan how you are going to cover the same. Thereafter on completing the basics you should start solving previous years paper. Verify where you are committing errors. Correct the same. You should be able to crack the exam by following these steps.

prepare yourself in the following manner to go through the UGC - NET exam.

- Thoroughly study the syllabus and understand which sections are suitable for long answer questions.

-Prepare critical/evaluate answers for each topic of the subject.

-Set yourself a time limit and note how fast you can complete a 200 word question.

-Improve your speed as well as handwriting (while writing fast) graduallly.

- Work out excellent introductions and conclusions to all possible questions.

- Work out side headings that cover the most important points of that question.

- Remember not many examiners will read the entire answer. But everyone will read the introduction, side heading and the conclusion of your answer.

- Make an impression on the examiner, right away, with a good statement in the introduction followed by a summary of what you have covered in the 200-word answer.

- Prepare some extra introductions that can be used for most of the likely questions. In case you don't get the question that you have prepared for, you can use these general introductions. But work them out cleverly so that they appear specific to that question and not too general and vague.

You should plan every step. you should clear all basic .you should really work hard for this.I suggest you some previous papers of this exam.

It's not easy to do but it not difficult to face.

First go through the importance areas first then the next.

1.Read the patterns as a story mode. it will help you for easy remembering.

2.Always read with mild musics with calm brian

3.Dont read in mid-night it will spoil your health also.

Start from the basics of the field you choose to take up the exam. Keep yourself updated with current developments & current affairs in your field. Prerare for general Knowledge questions as well.

Best Places to Pursue to M.Tech in Automobile Engineering areas follows:-
1) Indian Institute of Technology
2) National Institutes of Technology
3) Birla Institute of Technology
4) College of Engineering and Technology (Anna University)

Also note that you will have to appear for GATE exam in order to get admission in M.Tech Colleges..
