How to register for Ph.D after completing M.Phil Statistics? Is there any relaxation for the entrance test for the Ph.D? What are the advantages of M.Phil while doing Ph.D?
I am M.Sc.(Statistics) and completed M.phill(Statistics) in the year 2012. Now I want to register for PhD. Is there any relaxation for the entrance test for PhD? Or there any advantages of M.phill while doing PhD?

I am M.Sc (Statistics) and completed M.Phil (Statistics) in 2001 and working as a higher secondary school teacher in Statistics since 2002.Now I want to register for p.hd (Statistics) as part time.I want to know about the universities which satisfy my requirements
