Preparation for GATE can be done on the basis of exam syllabus. The syllabus covers topics on engineering mathematics, control systems, digital communications, electromagnetics and so on. Books prescribed under B.Tech degree can be used for studies. Study materials collected from web can also be used. Practicing previous year question papers will be useful.
