sir,please send me the information about how to study for gate exam and also send the one E&C question paper for reference.

GATE is in one the toughest exam for MBA.It is not easy to break this exam .You must do really work hard for this exam.You must improve your vocablary as well as spoken english.You must buy a 3 set of oxford dictionary and keep preparing for exam .You can also take coaahing somewhere for this exam.

Tips for preparing for GATE exam:-
Buy previous year solved papers of GATE exam from book stalls near to you.Solve them regularly.
After finishing a topic make notes for yourself so that you can revise them at last moment.
Keep on practising because that can help you in reaching perfection.
Join some good coaching class also try to contact someone who has prepared for GATE exam last year.

as the time left for the gate exam is very less ,you should concentrate on practicing on solving as many questions as possible and writing as many sample papers as possible ,
also you should write as many mock tests as possible ,
also you should also practice from gk publishers gate book,

steps to prepare for gate exam are
1.in septenber the application form will be issued first get it
2. send it to specified address before october
3.exam will conducted in february 13.
the 65 questions will be there about numerical, reasoning and apptitudes
4.develop your reasoning skills

A computer Science Engineer student choose CS code for the Gate Paper whereas A ECE student chooses EC code for the same. and It is having Full Syllabus from ECE background

Syllabus consists of questions mostly from 4th semester and 5th semester.

for gate exam learn the basics of your subjects well using standard books for specific subjects. donot rely on the question banks.try to cover entire syllabus atleast 2 months in advance and start rapid revision for the last 2 months. this'll fetch you a good score.

I hope you mean to tell that your from ECE(Electronics and Communication) stream.Since the Mathematics part is same for almost all the branches hence its better that you prefers math books of standard authors like

Higher Engineering Mathematics by Dr.B.S.Grewal.
GATE Engineering Mathematics by Kanodia.

You need to focus on your Core subjects mainly Electronic Devices and Circuits,Pulse Devices and Circuits,Linear Integrated Circuits,Power Electronics,Micro processor,Digital Electronics,Control Systems,Communication Systems.

The standard authors for the above mentioned subjects are:-
William Haith,Millman and Halkis,Boylestead,David A Bell

Take out the syllabus & revise each & every subject you already had done in any semister.
And solve the same subject from made easy notes
