sir, i m the final yr biotech engg. student,i want to take admission M tech in chemical engg,so for that purpose shall i give GATE in biotechnology

Yes. If you wish to pursue M.Tech in some reputed institutions in the country like an IIT or NIT , it is recommended to give GATE . With a decent GATE score, you can apply to IITs and NITs counselling to secure a PG admission into these institutes. Other than IITs and NITs, there many other institutes in the country that accept GATE score for their PG admission .So , GATE is a good option.
