MA Physical Education is equivalent to MPEd? Can I appear in UGC NET?
MA physical education is equivalent to the MPEd those who have completed MA physical education they are also eligible for UGC NET? Please confirm sir.

Yes, M.A in Physical Education candidates are eligible for UGC NET exam. NET stands for National Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted by UGC. The educational qualification required for UGC NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for UGC NET exam. There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years. |

UGC NET is a national level exam conducted by CBSE for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship. Candidate who completed or pursuing Masters can apply for this exam.
