Is M.B.A degree from EIILM UNIVERSITY is valid for Govt. Jobs or Private Jobs and for APPSC Jr. Lecturers post?

dear sir i have done BA from the eiilm university through distance education program(correspondence) is it valid for the recruitment in govt. jobs?????
