The best way would be to enroll oneself for a PHd. in any recognized university. You stand a good chance since you have a good score in Msc. In some university you be required to undergo a written test and/or interview. For some universities it is a must to clear the UGC - NET exam to become a research fellow in India. So select the university where you would like to pursue and check the requirements for the same.

dear friend,

First i appreciate your marks in M.Sc Physics.

For doing PhD i would like to suggest you to kindly choose a good and cooperative professor under which you can do your PhD.

Under a experienced guide you can easily write the thesis of the topic of your Phd.

So, just be alert to choose your guide.

good luck.

DEAR FRIEND:-
WELL DONE FOR YOUR 80% IN M.SC PHYSICS.
now you should do p.hd. from a recognised university. it may take about 2-4 years to phd ,depending upon one's research .
phd. has a great value after. one has a ability to be a scientist must do phd.
after doing phd. one can easily become lecturar.
i wish you should do phd. after m.sc in physics.
