Re: Right way to introduce myself?
dear friend,
There are so many way to introduce yourself 1.Question Tell me about yourself. Ans => I am down-to-earth, sweet, smart, creative, industrious, and thorough. Then you have to explain all of these words mentioned above. 2.Question Tell me about yourself. Ans=> TRAPS: Beware, about 80% of all interviews begin with this “innocent” question. Many candidates, unprepared for the question, skewer themselves by rambling, recapping their life story, delving into ancient work history or personal matters. BEST ANSWER: Start with the present and tell why you are well qualified for the position. Remember that the key to all successful interviewing is to match your qualifications to what the interviewer is looking for. In other words you must sell what the buyer is buying. This is the single most important strategy in job hunting. So, before you answer this or any question it's imperative that you try to uncover your interviewer's greatest need, want, problem or goal. To do so, make you take these two steps: 1. Do all the homework you can before the interview to uncover this person's wants and needs (not the generalized needs of the industry or company) 2. As early as you can in the interview, ask for a more complete description of what the position entails. You might say: “I have a number of accomplishments I'd like to tell you about, but I want to make the best use of our time together and talk directly to your needs. To help me do, that, could you tell me more about the most important priorities of this position? All I know is what I (heard from the recruiter, read in the classified ad, etc.)” Then, ALWAYS follow-up with a second and possibly, third question, to draw out his needs even more. Surprisingly, it's usually this second or third question that unearths what the interviewer is most looking for. You might ask simply, "And in addition to that?..." or, "Is there anything else you see as essential to success in this position?: This process will not feel easy or natural at first, because it is easier simply to answer questions, but only if you uncover the employer's wants and needs will your answers make the most sense. Practice asking these key questions before giving your answers, the process will feel more natural and you will be light years ahead of the other job candidates you're competing with. After uncovering what the employer is looking for, describe why the needs of this job bear striking parallels to tasks you've succeeded at before. Be sure to illustrate with specific examples of your responsibilities and especially your achievements, all of which are geared to present yourself as a perfect match for the needs he has just described. 3. Question Tell me about yourself. Ans=> Questions you should be prepared for Tell us about yourself. What do you know about our company? Why do you want to join our company? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in the next five years? How have you improved the nature of your job in the past years of your working? Why should we hire you? What contributions to profits have you made in your present or former company? Why are you looking for a change? Answers to some difficult questions : Tell me about yourself ? Start from your education and give a brief coverage of previous experiences. Emphases more on your recent experience explaining your job profile. What do you think of your boss? Put across a positive image, but don't exaggerate. Why should we hire you? Or why are you interested in this job? Sum up your work experiences with your abilities and emphasise your strongest qualities and achievements. Let your interviewer know that you will prove to be an asset to the company. How much money do you want? Indicate your present salary and emphasise that the opportunity is the most important consideration. Do you prefer to work in a group? Be honest and give examples how you've worked by yourself and also with others. Prove your flexibility. all the best. good day. |

Re: Right way to introduce myself?
Hi
Introduction is the very important part in ones personality. It is usually the first and foremost question that is asked in any circumstances to know about you. So Introduction is something which you yourself define about yourself. Introduction can last from a minute to many minutes depending on whether the introduction you are giving is short or the prolonged one. -> First of all, you should start with your FULL NAME. Mind you, many people are in a habit of missing out their surnames, and thus it is considered to be a disastrous start of an Introduction. Thus Full name is compulsory at the beginning. It defines your caste and family background. -> Next you may come to what you are presently doing if the introduction needs to be short and crisp.. If it is prolonged, then you should tell details about your family background first. -> Next coming to the academic details that you have recorded in your schooling life and college life, you should tell that in 30 seconds or so. Continuing that, you have to tell what are you doing presently. -> Next, you may tell about your hobbies, how you utilize your daily time, what keeps you engaged all day and like whats is your daily routine. -> At last, you should tell about your future plans. You need to be very clear about what you are going to do in your future. Vague answers reflect that you have no direction in life, and so you may end up with unpleasant results. Hope this helps All the best |
