Universities which offer scholarships for Ph.D degree? Eligibility criteria and selection pattern?
sir....
i have done MBA and now i want to do PhD. i want to know about the universities that offer scholarships for PhD degree and other scholarships available for PhD. Also i want to know about the eligibility criteria and selection pattern on PhD scholars for central universities and whether thy offer ant scholarship for the same or not.
