heyy dear,
You can apply for nda in between age 16-19yrs, maximum age limit is 19yrs. if u r eligible then do apply. Best Luck...!!!!!!!!

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year as NDA I and NDA II.

NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings:

• Indian Air Force
• Indian Navy
• Indian Army

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam.Commerce and student are applicable for only Indian Army branch.But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India.

NDA paper consist of Physics, Chemistry , Math , English , GK so you can prepare well to your 12th standard books.

The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Personal Interview.

NDA I and NDA II Exam date is already over so you can wait for NDA exam in 2013 in NDA I and NDA II Exam .

N.D.A. Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice.

Eligibility criteria for N.D.A exam:-
> Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board.
> Age limit should be above 16.5year and below 19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit (no major surgery)

Hi,
NDA (National Defense Academy) recruits cadets through NDA examination.

Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status :

i. For IMA-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1988 and not later than 1st January, 1994 only are eligible.

ii. For Naval Academy-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1991 ( 2nd January, 1989 in case of NCC Naval Wing ‘C’ Certificate holders ) and not later than 1st January, 1994 only are eligible.

iii. For Air Force Academy-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1990 and not later than 1st January, 1994 only are eligible.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.
The exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.
Through NDA,you can take admission in three wings:-

To be eligible to appear in NDA exam,you will have to fulfil certain eligibility criteria such as:-
1.You should have completed your 12th.
2.You must be an unmarried male candidate.
3.Your age should be from 16.5 to 19 years.
4.You should have the citizenship of India.

I am also listing the educational qualifications for all the wings below:-
1.For army wing-You must have passed your 12th or an equivalent exam from any state board or any recognised university.
2.For navy and air force wing-You must have passed your 12th with Maths and Physics as your subject in 12th from any state board or a recognised university.

To apply for NDA exam,you should fulfil certain physical eligibility criteria such as:-
1.You must be in a good physical and mental health and free from any disease.
2.Your height must be at least 157.5 cms (162.5 cms for Air force).
3.Your chest should be well developed and fully expanded chest should not be less than 81 cms.

The selection procedure is carried out in three stages:-
1.Written Test.
2.Personal Interview.
3.Medical Test.
After you qualify all these rounds,you will be selected in a defence academy.

NDA exam was every year two times conducting by the UPSC.

NDA-I and NDA-II two exams are conducted in year.

There are three wings in NDA defence services.

NDA has 3 types wings:-

1. Indian army,

2. Indian navy,

3. Indian airforce.

NDA age limits:-

NDA age limits is 16.5 years to 19years, and no upper age limits.

Educational qualification:-

The candidate must be passed 12th standard but Airforce and Navy wings you must have PCM subjects in 12th standard.

If you are currently appearing 12th final exams then also you are eligible.

No percentage conditions to apply this exam.


Nationality:-

Citizen of INDIA,

or
A subject of bhutan,

or

A subject of nepal,

or

A tibetian refugee who came over india permanently.

Gender:-

Only male candidates who are unmarried is only eligible for this exam.

Girls are not eligible for NDA exam.
