Dear friend,
Myself being an ECE engineer and i find only a little difference between ECE and EEE.

1)1st year subjects are common irrespective of all field but you will have to choose Chemistry or Physics Cycle.

2)2 Year & so on there will be 3 theory subjects along with 1 Lab practice will change depending upon your choice of trade.

3)I you are ECE Or EEE student the you will have to Mainly focus on NA,FT and DSP as they are the difficult subjects to pass which common for both trade.

For further reference please refer to the university website you choose the course from as they will be having detailed syllabus copy.

Thanks
