C.S stands of Company Secretary . It's a professional course. The duration of the course is for 4 years with practical training. The course is divided into three levels namely Foundation Examination, Intermediate Examination and Final Examination.

12th standard in any stream with good percentage of marks form recognized board is the minimum educational to apply for Foundation program.

The Applicant who completed graduation course in any discipline with 50% percentage of marks are eligible to apply for Intermediate course.
