In order to pursue Bachelor of Education [B.Ed] program from Indira Gandhi National Open University [IGNOU], candidate must have completed the bachelors degree program from a recognized University. There is no percentage criteria in the qualifying exam [Bachelors Degree]. However, candidate must be working as a temporary or permanent teacher in a recognized school since two years if not more. The minimum duration of the program is two years, whereas it can extend up to four years.

For further information one may refer to the nearest study center of Indira Gandhi National Open University [IGNOU].

Eligibility conditions for B.Ed course:
You should have completed graduation degree in any discipline form recognized Institute/University.
You must secured minimum of 50% marks in graduation.
There is no age limitations for B.Ed course.

Admission Procedure(How to apply) for B.Ed course:
1. You will have to appear in an entrance test conducted by the various state and universities for admission in various teaching institutions.
2. These exams are generally held in the month of June-July. The results of these exams are generally out by July/Aug.
