i hv already sent my afmc form.......bt latr did i notice dat i hv nt tickd d check list which ws givn at d back f d form........so wil this b a reasn for the rejection of my form....????.rest of the form has been filled by me properly........

There are various possible reasons in which the forms of the candidates
are rejected.

The very first reason is submission of incomplete form.As you are saying
that you have left one thing in your form. So it may be possible that your
form is rejected because of this reason.

Another reason for your form rejection is that you form is not reached
in time at the center. So because of this reason also candidate form is
rejected.

So now nothing can be done. You can only apply for the AFMC next time.

there may be many reasons that can cause the rejection

1. you may submitted an incomplete form without photograph/ signature
2. you may have posted more than 1 form
3. application has received after the last date of submission

so these can be the reason for rejection
