In order to be considered for the post of Sub-Inspector in Uttar Pradesh Police, candidate needs to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

A minimum of graduation qualification is essential for applying for the post of SI. Graduation from a recognized institute is a requirement. You should be between 21- 30 years. You should attend the SSC exam as part of it. You need to be physically fit while applying for this exam. There are certain physical standards which are specified for applying to this exam. You should adhere to these physical standards in terms of height, weight, chest etc.

I could probably tell you if i knew what a sub-inspector of police did. I would say just like any other ranking/of a police force you would have to take training,classes and work up through the ranks while learning on the job. In other words take both physical and mental tests in order to advance.then i would also say college/to learn public relations and speaking.maybe even military service.if i was checking into this i would talk to a sub-inspector and find out what they had to do in order to advance to that position/rank. Who better to tell you than someone that is already there in that position.

1.the candidate must be graduate from recognised university
2.your age should be between 21- 30 years
3.you must be citizen of india.

## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for SI post in Uttar Pradesh is graduation in any discipline from recognised institution or university

## Age limit to apply for this post is 21-28 years and the age relaxations are
~>3 years for OBC candidates
~>5 years for SC/ST candidates & EX-SERVICEMEN

##And the physical standards required are
~>165 cm height for men and 150 cm height for women
~>81 cm cheast on expansion for men and there is no such requirement for women
~>proper eye sight as per government regulations

Dear friend for apply Sub-Inspector post in UP the minimum education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

Eligibilty criteria:-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.


Age should be between 21 years to 28 years for General category candidates.

Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years

Yes you can apply for SI post in UP. To become a Si in UP, the eligibility is

>> A candidate must complete bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
>>The age limit is 20 - 23 years.
>>The Selection is done on the basis of Interview, Physical Test and Written Test.
