what is the salary in scra after completing engineering ?

SCRA exam is considered on of the toughest exam. For clearing scra you will have to study hard.Below i have listed eligiblity criteria for the same.


You must be passed a 12th
Appearing candidates are also Eligible.
Graduation with math subjects candidates can also join .
age limit is 17-21 years.
citizen of India.

SCRA exam of 2013 is over.
Next year SCRA notification is given 05/10/2014 in Employment Newspaper.
Last dates of application is 04/11/2014
Date of Exam is 12/01/2014

You can get around 30-45 thousand per month.

SCRA stands for the Special Class Railway apprentice examination.

This entrance exam is conducted once every year by the UPSC.

Before discussing about the salary ,I would like to discuss its eligibility criteria in nutshell:

1.Academic requirements :

>>You must have passed your 10+2 from a recognized board with physics ,chemistry and mathematics as your core subjects .Minimum of 60% in 10+2.

2.Age criteria :

>>The age limit is 17-21 years .Relaxation of three years to obc and five years to the sc/st candidates .

3.Nationality:

>>You must be an Indian citizen.

4.Examination pattern :

The important dates for the SCRA 2014 are :

Date of notification:05/10/2013

Last date of receiving application:04/11/2013

Date of examination is :20/01/2014

About salary :

>>After clearing the SCRA written test and personal interview ,you will have to pursue your bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Institutes like BIT Mesra.During the four years you will get a stipend of Rs 10000 per month.

>>After completing the bachelor's degree ,you salary will be around Rs 25000-30000 rupees.
