you will be in the pay scale of RS 7200/-- RS 19300/-. Starting salary would be in the range of RS 13500/- to RS 17000/- depending upon place of posting, bank and qualification. all the best thanks |

Your salary may be from 12000 - 15000 and you will get pension after retirement as per the central govt u will get pension after 10 yrs of retirement. THANK YOU |

The Expected Salary Of a SBI Clerk is around 12000-15000/months. The State Bank Of India conducts the Clerical Exam every year for the recruitment of Clerks. The Eligibility Criteria For SBI Clerical Exam are : a) you should have completed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. b) Your age should lie in between 18-28 years. c) There is also a relaxation in age granted to those who belong to Reserved Category. For Candidates from OBC Category : 3 years For Candidates from SC/ST Category : 5 years d) Nationality : Indian This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. State Bank of India is a multinational banking and financial services government owned corporation with its head quarters in Mumbai.At the end of 2012,it has total of 15,003 branches and the chairman of SBI at present is Pratip Chaudhari. SBI conducts its own entrance examination through which it select candidates for the post of Clerk and Probationary officer. The scale of pay for the SBI clerk is 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/ 1-19300, Emoluments: The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable at Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs. 14,177/- per month for Graduates inclusive of D.A. and other allowances at the current rate. SBI is the leading public sector bank in India.
SBI will come up with notification for the recruitment of Clerks every year. SBI clerk exam is considered to be the toughest exam of all bank exams after RBI Exam. However, if the candidate is having strong preparation towards written exam, he can easily get the job. The selection procedure will include SBI Written Exam Interview The written exam consists of questions from the following categories Reasoning Numerical Ability General Awareness General English Computer Knowledge There is negative marking in the written exam for wrong answer questions. One should have to secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the categories of the written exam to get through it. As per eligibility criteria, One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream in order to be eligible to apply for this Exam. The starting salary offered for a SBI Clerk will be 7200-19000. There will be some deductions in your salary. However you will be give some allowances.
