~~ Qualified graduate degree with any discipline OR final year of degree course may also eligible to apply .

~~ Selection Process of this examination :- Prelims Exam , Main Exam , Personal Interview .

~~ Prelims examination can be divided into papers and both paper are objective type questions .

~~ Main Exam can be divided into nine paper and all the paper are descriptive type questions .

~~ This year prelims exam was already completed 20/05/12 . Next notification will be publish in the month of Feb OR March in the official website .

Hi,
To become a IAS Officer you need to work hard, and read the magazines daily updated news watch and prepare hard to become IAS officer and you can choose only two subjects in IAS.


IAS exam is conducted by the UPSC once in a year.


Eligibility criteria:

you should be a citizen of india.

The applicant should be complete graduation from any recognized university.

The candidate age limit should be 21 to 30 years. The age relaxation available for sc/st and obc candidates.

Both male and female candidates are eligible for this exam.


Selection process:

written test

interview
